Full-Time • Weirton, WV • $32.00+/hour + Project Profit Bonus
We're looking for an experienced construction professional to lead projects from start to finish. As our Project Foreman, you'll manage crews, coordinate with clients, and ensure every project meets our standards for quality, safety, and timeline. This is a leadership role with real autonomy — you'll run your projects with the support of ownership, not micromanagement.
| Experience | 5+ years in residential construction with at least 2 years leading crews or managing projects |
| Skills | Carpentry, framing, drywall, finish work, tile, flooring. Ability to read plans and manage a full project scope. |
| Driver's License | Valid license with clean driving record. Must have own reliable transportation. |
| Physical | Able to lift 50 lbs regularly, work outdoors, climb ladders, and perform physical construction tasks daily. |
| Background | Must pass a background check. Drug screening may be required. |
| Preferred | OSHA 10 or 30 certification. Experience with project management software. Knowledge of WV building codes. |
| Base Pay | $32.00+/hour (based on experience and demonstrated skills) |
| Project Bonus | 5% of net project profitability for projects you manage (2.5% if shared) |
| Health Insurance | Group health, dental, and vision coverage after 90 days. Company pays 50% of employee premium. |
| Retirement | 401(k) with company match (up to 3%) after 90 days of employment. |
| Cell Stipend | $40/month for personal smartphone use on company business. |
| Mileage | Reimbursement for approved business use of personal vehicle. |
| Schedule | Monday–Saturday as project needs require. Weekly pay every Friday. |
